I had the good fortune to be contacted by Beth Blakesley, Associate Editor for LLAMA’s Library Leadership & Management newsletter, to answer interview questions about my thoughts on ALA and what I hope to accomplish as President. The interview was recently published online. I know that you, as ALA members, will be able to make more informed choices as voters when you have access to information about the candidates that goes beyond one liners. This interview will give you a chance to understand my thoughts about how we can position ALA to remain relevant in the future, how we can build collaboration throughout ALA, and what I think about conference activities now and in the future. I’d love to hear from you if you have any questions (email@example.com).
